Right of withdrawal

We have made the return process easy!

• Not 100% satisfied with your FREYA ESTEPHAN purchase? We accept returns of items within 15 days of receiving your order.
• We provide a prepaid return label per order.
• The costs for the return must be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the purchase amount.
• To initiate the return, please send us an email at info@freyastephan.com. 
• If the goods are already damaged upon receipt, you can return them free of charge and receive a full refund.
  
• If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and reorder the item in the appropriate color or size.
• Returned goods must be in an unworn condition. In case of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right not to accept the return and to charge accordingly.
• If your return has been accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item minus the return shipping costs back to your original payment method or to the bank account you used to pay for the order.
• Refunds are processed within 2 weeks. Once your return has been processed, the money will be refunded to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once everything has been completed.
